If you've been keeping up with the situation with the NFL and Colin Kaepernick, its been an obvious divide in why he he has taken the actions which he has. that divide drawing a line that clearly stands for something than the larger picture. Because the country is in such a divided place, very few want to touch the subject. Just recently Colin has won a key battle in the NFL Collusion case. Some will not understand the significance of this, but this ruling could change the way we as a country address not just the game of football, America when it comes to sports and impact. an arbitrator just threw out the NFL's motion to dismiss Colins Lawsuit which now paves the way for a full blown trial in whichNFL owners will have to testify under oath.
At one point the NFL filed documents that stated Kaepernicks claims that they conspired to keep hi out of the NFL was baseless without evidence. the arbitrator disagreed concluding that there is significant evidence in the QB's legal documents that allow the case to move Forward. Part of the evidence considered was the quick removal of NFL owners in the case including Dallas Cowboys Jerry Jones, Texans owner Bob McNair, and Ravens Steve Biscotti. This is great for Kaepernicks Lawyers because now they will have an opportunity for trial and putting owners under oath with an end game of them proving certain owners conspired. None of this could be possible had there not been hard evidence presented to the arbitrator. I look forward to see how this plays out.. stay tuned If you haven't seen Black Panther yet you are doing"Life" wrong right now...How many of you were as excited as I was to see lack Panther. There were so many reasons, not just the fact that we were finally being depicted with so much positivity, but the fact that the culture was represented in a way that turned ebven stereotypes into a good thing. even the evil villain was forgiven for all wrong doings and we could relate and understand his struggle. I am extremely proud of Mr. Couglar for being so consistent with his work. He isn't selling us on emotion alone or using our stereotypes against us he pushes unity within us eve when separation is called for. Thats the kind of films I wish I had growing up. I am appreciative of it now because my daughter will see this and feel a sense of power and confidence. The women were shown as they are and should always be, with respect and incomparable strength and resilience, without highlighting bitterness or anger. yet they were still nurturing and kept a feminine balance that most cultures now even our own sometimes swear is non existent in the community. I could go on and on about it but it wouldn't do this movie justice. Do yourself a favor and go catch this movie asap , seriously.
